Examples, while talking to Bruce, he will start by getting into a personal conversation and will refer to everything from his days working on a tug boat and the detailed experiences of his everyday life, and not allow you to politely interrupt him, all along charging out at his full rate

You would have to experience this for yourself to understand how good at this that he is. The only way to end a conversation with this individual is to be rude or just hang up on him.

I had the misfortune of using Bruce on a number of files and found that he did not ever work with my best interest at heart, once after a lawsuit related to my airplane being involved in a fatal accident at Cultis lake. He charged me nearly $80k and the insurance company agreed to pay my claim. It was a few years later, while speaking with an adjuster who worked for Aim underwriting, that paid the claim, he informed me that the costs of my action were paid in the settlement agreement, although I was unaware of this, and to this day, Bruce has yet to resolve the outstanding amount to me. Unfortunately, I missed the deadline to bring an action against Bruce Gordon, but I have sent emails requesting the return of the costs, without receiving a response.

I would find that even after a number of requests, he would continue to talk me out of what i thought the best course of action would be only to get nothing for my money it was truly a battle every time i tried to have him work on a file of mine

His bills were to total well in excess of $100 thousand and the final straw was Christmas a number of years ago while skiing at Whistler i had been on the chair lift when almost at the top i heard someone yelling my name as i looked aground i found that the person yelling my name was actually Bruce Gordon then met with him for a moment and at this time we agreed we would ski together

After the first run we then entered the line and waited for our turn at the chair lift as we were on the chair heading up the mountain we found ourselves sitting with a young girl maybe 15, as Bruce was sitting next to her i could hear that he was hitting on her aggressively, at the same time we were casually discussing my case after the next run we once again got onto the chairlift and this time i found Bruce was very aggressively hitting on this young girl as well she was alone with us on the chairlift. During this time I rudely kept interrupting him, giving the girl a little break from an old slime bag pedo

This didn’t only stop with one incident, but once more the next time we were loading at the chairlift a young girl that was in the single person line. This was disturbing as the girl appeared to be no older than perhaps 15 years of age, and as Bruce was also making moves on this little girl, I continued to try to distract him.

Being that i could tell that this little girl was very nervous and as we exited off the chair lift i turned and skied about twenty feet and i could see Bruce continuing to chat up the young girl with her friends and i yelled at him at least three time to hurry up and come to where i was waiting for him and after finally skiing over to me i asked him, don’t you think that’s a little young referring to the children he was hitting on and he quickly responded to me by saying what’s too young? I was at a loss for words after I returned to Vancouver the following week. I then called Bruce Gordon and told him that I was pulling my file and sending it over to another lawyer, Todd Kerr.
